The small print, in plain English

Privacy

This website belongs to PMA App Design, run by Paul Michael Ayre in London. Paul is the data controller for anything this site collects. Questions about your information go to [email protected].

No cookies for tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

We count visits ourselves, on our own server, so we know which pages are useful and whether the site is working. We record the page you visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from (country), the kind of device and browser, and the website or app that sent you here. Your IP address is used only to tell one visit from another and to filter out automated traffic. It is not used to identify you, not combined with other data, and never sold or shared for advertising.

We also count clicks on our email links, so we know whether people get in touch. For the length of your visit only, your browser remembers which site sent you here (in session storage, cleared when you close the tab).

Who else is involved

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it and passes your request to our server. Some typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads, under Google's privacy policy.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we keep your message and address only to reply to you and to run any work we do together.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our answer you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
